Do i see me coming here alot? No! but i must say that Apple does take care and shows pride in their store, and employees and most of all their Customers are treated like family.
The whole store is open to the public i mean if there is something that you wanna check out you may at your leisure, Ipad, iphone, mac book, or anything else that may be Apple can be found here. They are not there to pressure you into purchasing anything like some electronic stores where it is based off of commission, i mean they may get some commission but that is not the goal they are after. I was just waiting for my wife when i had been approached by at least 3 employees whom asked if i needed anything or had any questions about anything. I really loved the way how the staff here was not just kicking back and chatting if they were chatting they were talking to customers and answering what ever questions they might have had. What made the difference for us The answer is. I must say, we had a great experience yesterday at the Apple store in Reno. Basically everything here is touchable and able to pick up if needed. Trying to make an appointment at the Genius Bar and it seems the only way to get an appointment at the Genius Bar is to drive to the location and make the appointment in person. (I am not an Apple Fan) but i am not judge the place by my personal opinion but i must say this location is very clean and very open.
The one thing i really did appreciate is that the gentleman took his time and listened to my wife and her concerns and questions she had. Now walking in they waste no time to approach you, get you to the person you need to see for the problems you may have or what you may be looking for. But i went in with my wife to get her Ipod fixed. Apple Store (Summit Shopping Center) So when approaching this store, you see nothing but a big Apple, and well the only place that has glass doors and a glass walls.
